So, I want the red actor (enemy) to shoot towards the main actor. The main actor just jumps up and down while the enemy actor hovers all over the screen. As the red actor moves I would like the bullet its shooting to still aim towards the main actor.
An image of your scene does not help much. It would be helpful if you could post screenshot of your logic, and perhaps a video of what is happening right now instead.
