GameSalad publishing issues

Hello,

I am experiencing several issues with GS Publishing. My game is 3GB large, and since last year (early 2017), I have been trying to publishing a HTML5 version of the game with no success. Either I would receive a message from the hub saying "The Internet broke etc", or the file would be ready, but once downloaded, it couldn't be run whatsoever.
I tried talking to the staff, emailing them ect. But the issue never got solved. I am coming to a point where I am despairing.
Do you guys have anything that could help me? I am absolutely thinking about doing the game in another engine, and that would be gut-wrenching.

The game in question is this: http://forums.gamesalad.com/discussion/93308/presenting-tuki-quest-of-the-mansa

Any help would be deeply appreciated!

I don't think that a 3GB game will run well (or at all) on HTML5 at this moment. GS has lots of HTML5 issues.

Ouch I guess the only option left is to move to another engine then...

3GB is a huge amount for the player to be downloading via a web browser with any engine.

It is in fact. But my intention was to wrap the HTML5 files into an EXE, since there's no native EXE generator.
