Missing Assets Catalogue

I am receiving an error where I cannot upload to Apple (or at least they aren't accepting it) and the email keeps reading as "Missing Assets Catalogue please resubmit with Assets Catalogue in .app". Need help thanks. Posting it here as well because i had accidentally posted it on the pro forums.

    We had one user whose issue was that they needed to update to the latest xcode to get the latest application loader that could work with asset.car files.
