I am currently having an issue where my enemy when on the first and second ground will kill my hero when collides but once I go to the 3rd floor and above they dont seem to kill my hero. my hero just goes through them. any ideas why this might be happening.

Thanks

What happens if you delete the third floor from the scene and copy (option+drag) the second floor to make a new "third floor"?

@tatiang Same thing happens. I have even option+drag a bottom enemy up to third level and they dont work either. its making my hurt how many different things i have tried

Do layers play a part on collide/destroy for enemy purposes?

They can. This might shed some light on the problem:

@tatiang So I read that post and changed up my layers and it is now working correctly. Thank you once again for pointing me in the right direction. Top Notch!!

Did that solve problem? To paraphrase that old discussion... seems that there is collision problems when two actors are trying to collide that are on different layers and one of those layers is scrollable while the other is not.

I have an enemy layer and a hero layer. both are moveable but the Hero layer was below the enemy layer so i moved it up and boom fixed the issue at least for me.
