Free demo of LED scrolling sign

I decided to make an LED scrolling sign demo for a class I'm teaching on Arduino programming and I'm offering it up to the community here since it has some useful features such as spawning on a grid and assigning unique "named pair" (row & column) table cells to actors.
It's not annotated but I welcome questions.
