Appformative license key error

I've just purchased a licence key for a leaderboard, but after paying it said there was an error in generating my license key. I tried buying it again but the same thing happened. So I've paid twice and received nothing... whoops.
I've emailed Appformative and am awaiting response, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has any advice.

Just to let all know, the above was resolved with @AshumBesher within an hour and the second purchase refunded.
Demand was particularly high this month, and yes, we actually ran out of licence keys.

One more issue now though, I've set up all of the attributes and rules etc in my project, I've set a bunch of boxes to display the cells of the leaderboard table, but every time I test it on multiple devices there are no other scores on the leaderboard, just the one score from the device its on. I've checked the rules for mistakes like 100 times but can't figure out what's wrong. Only thing I can think of is that maybe Appformative only updates the leaderboard every so often, making you wait a couple hours for other players scores to show up. I don't know.. Anyway, If you could help me that would be great, thanks

the AppFormative leaderboards are always live, there is no update delay.
If you do not see the results of other players then you have a problem fetching the leaderboard data. Are you sure you are displaying the correct table?
