Appformative is dead? Firebase can be used?

in Working with GS (Mac)

As title, I am using appformative to get server time, also I implemented the event tracking and the feedback.
The event tracking seems not working, at least the charts are not linked.
The feedback work well.
I am not sure about their servers, also the support is not answer anymore, and there is no life form or post in a while.

What are you guys using? Is possible to use firebase?

    Yeah he hasn't responded to my emails for a couple of months. Maybe he's moved on to other projects.
