crop, stretch or letterbox? where do i pick one?

When testing my game on my Ipad with the gs viewer app, I really liked how letterboxing looked than cropping or stretching? is there an option my Game salad project I have to pick when it comes time to publishing my game? or will that option appear on the GS site?

When you publish the project through the Gamesalad publishing portal you will have the various options available to choose from.
