How do you make the timer pause when you press pause and play when you click on play?

I need help making the timer pause when I click on pause

    If you use a Pause Scene behavior, then self.Time and scene.Time will pause. If you're not using that behavior or you need to pause game.Time, then Google time pause gamesalad for answers.

    I don't see any pause scene options in the behavior list only pause game and music
