Question on updating apps

Every time you update your apps, android or iOS, when you publish with GS, do you always add new platforms for each version, or do you just edit the version number on one platform page? I just want to know what's the best way to do this.

    If you're updating iOS you upload the game to GS, update the version on the iOS platform page and generate and sign. If you're updating Android too, you don't need to upload again (unless you have an Android specific version) and update the version number, generate and sign. No new platforms needed.
