GameSalad Viewer(Mobile & Desktop) Inaccuracy

Whenever I test my game on GameSalad Viewer, my games work fine. When my customers give feedback that it glitches, is there a problem with the Viewer because they should make it exactly consistent with the actual results.

    Oh sorry, I misunderstood. You're using the GameSalad Viewer on a mobile device, correct? In that case, I would expect performance to be the same on a similar device. Still, the best test is to install the app on a mobile device via adhoc (e.g. Test Flight).

    They can't. Mobile and Desktop/Laptop specs are different. So you have to test your apps on a mobile device to know how they work on a mobile device.
