Publishing Issues. No response from blue chat.

Trying to generate an APK file for my game and I'm receiving:

"The internets are broken. We were unable to access the project file you uploaded. Please try again later. If the problem persist contact support and reference publish request [ebbc8eca-3e3c-45d9-913f-4c9034f68edc]".

I've generated a number of Android APK's with no issues for the game previously as I was testing the app on an android phone but now I'm receiving the same message across all platforms. Has GS gone down? I've had no response from the blue chat bubble. Granted it's only been a day but as this is my masters project and I have a deadline it's a little urgent.

    Having issues as well. All of the publishing images(icon, loading screen, & etc) are showing up blank even after uploading the images again. Was looking forward to updating a couple of apps tonight....
