gshelper not working

Hey there,

Is anyone else having issues trying to buy something on gshelper?

I'm getting the error below at checkout.

Error ID: 520009. Account ethaneus99@gmail.com is restricted
Error ID: 580022. Invalid request parameter: payKey cannot be null

Currently I can't buy anything.

    Be aware that @uptimistik has been affected by the power outages in Venezuela and may not respond immediately.

    I'm surprised that GameSalad doesn't have more than one person who can support the official store.

    Oh really? I didn't realise that. You'd think the store would have a higher priority and more than one person who can support this?

    Hopefully the power comes back for him. I couldn't imagine living without electricity!

    GameSalad doesn't run GSHelper, we just endorse it.

    Sorry for the mistaken information. And thanks for clarifying. I had thought GSHelper was run by GameSalad.
