    You may get more responses if you include a budget in your listing, as well as contact information that freelancers can use to get in touch with you instead of communicating on the forums.

    I'd also consider changing what you are asking for, I've been a graphic designer for 30 years and would consider this project one for an illustrator. They are not necessarily the same thing. Just FYI.
