GSHelper.com problems

I am having issues with access to my GSHelper purchases and need a contact for them if anyone knows.
1. Some purchases when trying to download either come up with the product page and no download option, just buy. Others its file not found.
2. I went to update my postal address and it provides fields to change name and email address, not postal address.
3. The contact option does not work.

Any help would be appriciated.

    I know GSHelper has changed hands a couple times. Is it currently owned by GameSalad, inc., associated with GameSalad, or simply a third-party site without official association?

    I'm curious and I'm sure others are, too.

    It's a third party site. At one point they were our "official" store. We currently still have a close relationship, but we are not responsible for the store. I'll reach out to @uptimistik to make sure he sees this.

    Ah, okay, I was wondering because I thought they were the official store but good to know that things are structured a bit differently now.

    EDITED: Hi guys! Working on this, the purchase system (and view past orders) is back online, the site has a temporary 'face' that I'm working on.

    @uptimistik hi, seems everyone of my purchase downloads has expired. Was not aware we had a time limit to download our purchases. Please can you investigate. thank you.

    @uptimistik Is the site not working now? I went to https://gshelper.com and it says Page not found.

    Our beloved web hosts have been unable to restore the website due to their backups being corrupted. I'm restoring a manual backup but on a new server. The site will be back up in a couple of days

    Hi @uptimistik, I am unable to login to my account to access my old purchases. I made a new purchase today and was able to download the purchase immediately but as soon as I left the page, I could not access it again. Can you please help me with this. I have a few purchases I need access to now. Thank you very much!
