How to select multiple images

Anyone know of a way to select multiple images when dragging into the animate behaviour?
I have a sequence of 300 images, could take me a while selecting one by one.

hold shift when clicking on each one is the only way i know. i don’t know if there’s a way to highlight a huge bunch with a few clicks. would be a useful feature to have if it doesn’t exist.

Sadly, I had to rush to reimplement the image library a few versions back to get around macOS issues, so it's not quite as friendly as it used to be. We'll look into it, but we're trying to finish the fixes for current macOS bugs first.

Use Sock's animation based on game time method if it's viable for your circumstances and you don't have to select anything :D

Wow! Thanks @Armelline that looks like an amazing technique that could save my bacon! Just need to get my head round how to implement it!
Real shame @Socks is not around any more...bloody genius!

just at a quick glance at that thread (i’m on my phone not at my machine right now), is that using a constrain behaviour to lock to an actor to an image? good way to do things if you have a heap of images or want to animate faster.

if that’s the method, i used a similar thing to do a simulated 3d effect on a small project.

@bob loblaw Yes it's constraining self.image number to gametime using a simple maths formula. Unfortunately it's not entirely suitable for my circumstances but it's a neat trick.
Nice looking project by the way.

cheers. unfortunately the limits of gs as a 2d engine will stop me from being able to do what i want with it.

@bob loblaw PM what you need. I'm not sure we can do it, but it's good to know so we can plan for the future.
