Google Play warning: account hold and restore

I was looking at the Google Play developer console today to check up on my downloads, and I noticed a warning on all of my apps.

"Remember to implement account hold and restore in your app by 1 November 2020"

What does this mean? Any help would be appreciated.

From my understanding (and I am not an expert) this only applies to subscription in app purchases. I don't believe that GameSalad supports those kind of purchases so you don't have anything to worry about.
