When publishing I get "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel"

in iPhone and Android Publishing

Hi, I haven't used Game Salad for a while. I recently renewed my subscription and got a new pc. When I try to publish my game I get an error message "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel"

Please help

    You can go to publish.gamesalad.com and upload the game .zip file directly if the built-in publish button isn't working for you.

    P.S I don't have a Windows machine, but! I do know that the Web Creator (https://creator.gamesalad.com) is HOT! Faster, more features, and can work together with another developer. Why not drop your project file to the publishing portal and give it try?
