Im trying to publish to the play store. When Using the Build RC tab, and signing the apk myself through terminal, the end result when uploaded to the play store comes up saying the following:
Your app uses the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC permission
and because its using this permission, it asks for a video of showing it using this permission! (which I dont have). Why are we adding this permission? and can it be removed so we can publish to the play store please @adent42
I either have to remove it or upload a video showing it using it. There is no option to do anything else and is stopping me from updating the app in the store.

Thanks @adent42 Ive looked at that thread and you stated to quote "The foreground service is required by our use of version 2.2.2 of com.google.android.play:asset-delivery" But how do I take a video of that happening? Google play requires that I upload a video showing the use of that permission. Here is their wording
"Provide a video demonstrating how your app uses the FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC permission for the tasks you've selected"
There is no option to not upload a video they require a video and an explanation of use.
