Big Problem with Rotation

hi everybody
i have just started with game salad and i am making my first app. my game is to do with rotation and i was having a problem with rotating the actor in the game.
i did not go to plan as tbe actor did not rotate even though i added the roation script into the game, i was looking around on the demo list and found the script but when i added it into my game it failed to work.
i was wondering if somebody would have a look at it, and try and resolve the problem. i do not know much about game salad so can you please look at it for me.

i just had a problem i thought the forum was for help
however i did get the template from this kirkland because i thought it was beyond his simple mind

and i have been using different sites but thought this be the best for help
and i picked a random template to try out and it happened to be his
i got this from the two shared website and thought i could carry on as hobby but now i need help you turned down
if you take a look at it can you please tell us, where the dragging script is, where the constrain script is which constrains th bar onto the traingle and where the rotatation script is.
if you help us we will not bother you are anyone on this forum for 2 weeks. and i inspire to be you
