Zooming Out the Workarea (iPad Size)

When working on an iPad-sized app, is there a way to zoom out of the scene editor so that I'll be able to see more of the empty space? It's tough to position actors that are supposed to glide into the scene.

Apparently, the only way to gain more screen estate is to hide the top toolbar and drag the left pane so that it's smaller.
