In app purchase - Success scene, etc. Are they important?

How important are the success scene, cancel scene, and fail scene in a game when a user purchases an in app item?

Its a good idea to have them to show the users the result of their purchase and any other message you want to display. If you do nothing, they it may confuse the user. I believe that if you are setting an attribute based on their purchase this must be done on the success screen. This is what I did for my last game.

Hmm hadn't thought of that lol. I was doing it straight in the store scene.
Fully agree about the rest! It's definitely a lag for my game though when i test it on my device.

Lag cannot be because of just one purchase, try not to spawn actors, just place them on the side of the scene and call them when needed.

@wickedsunny Already got that down with most, but gameplay I can't help from having spawns and destroys.

I found spawn and destroy will lag and finally crash the app. Try to run your game for say one hour and then see how much lag it has on the device.

I know that, ive experienced it before my recent adjustments, but my whole gameplay is about spawning actor in randomized positions from a large list. Never knowing how many actors will be on the scene at the same time, since its all dependent on the user. I managed to add features that after a time they leave the screen and destroys themselves so these actors dont accumulate to too large amounts.

Ah that's a bit harsh for a game, let me know if I can beta test when you are ready.

Harsh yes, but it looks awesome! :P
Never been through beta testing, how does that work?

Use testflightapp you can upload there and your beta testers can test your game by registering their device with the site and playing your game for any flaws before you launch it.
